Jamaica loveWhen people ask me why I love Jamaica so much, it is hard to explain. I can tell you a 1000 stories and show you the most beautiful pictures but it is a feeling of the Heart. It was Love at first sight, a Love that only grows fonder. From that first time I walked out of the plane on the tarmac, looking up to the Blue sky, The sun burning in the brightest yellow I had ever seen, giving thanks for a long but safe flight, the heat embracing me with the warmest hug, the likkle breeze blowing a kiss on my face, making my heart beat a likkle faster... A feeling too beautiful to describe but the most joyful feeling to be Home. I traveled around the island many times to be amazed by the beauty of Gods Art in many likkle corners, behind every turn a 100 shades of colors, the most beautiful paintings my eyes had ever seen. I stayed in many different places and the beauty of Jamaica is, although the island is small, there is so much to discover. When you want peace, go to Treasure Beach, visit Port Antonio for the lush environment, beautiful waters to let your sorrows swim along with the waves, Busy Kingston for the hustle and city vibes, ... Casual Negril, with its beautiful Beach, perfect to catch a vibe with some live reggae music. No place like Jamaica. JAH MEK YA I Believe so too, the beauty Jamaica has to offer is unseen, but finally I lost my heart in the country side. To experience the Blessings of Nature daily, is a higher Blessing as it all starts with Nature. My love for Jamaica and its people will never die, it is an ever burnin' Fire that motivates me to do more for our people, as the struggle is still real. Keep on spreading love, for Love is powerful. More Love, more Blessings. Sweet Jamaica, no place like that likkle island in the sun. |
